Australian author and feminist Clementine Ford has publicly expressed her wish for Joe Biden to suffer a ‘very painful demise.’

In the third installment of her Substack series Dear Clementine, Ford responded to news of the former US President’s shock cancer diagnosis.

On Monday, it was announced that the 82-year-old had been diagnosed with an ‘aggressive form’ of prostate cancer.

Ford reacted to the sad news with apparent satisfaction while acknowledging her own personal connection to the disease.

‘Honestly, it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person,’ she wrote.

‘And I say that as someone with personal experience of losing a loved one to cancer.’

Ford went on to link Biden’s diagnosis with his administration’s staunch support for Israel amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza, holding him responsible for the deaths of thousands of Palestinians.

‘As the US president, Biden was responsible for funding 12 months of bombs, weaponry, and allyship to Israel,’ she continue.

‘His administration lied about their efforts to ‘secure a ceasefire,’ and instead continued to facilitate Israel’s decades-long operation to annihilate the Palestinian people and steal their land.’

She also condemned those expressing sympathy for Biden following his diagnosis.

‘The blood of tens of thousands of children alone is on his hands, and to see people now expressing sympathy and goodwill towards him is disgraceful,’ she said.

Ford also didn’t hold back in her criticism of former U.S. President Barack Obama, under whom Biden served as Vice President from 2009 to 2017.

‘F*** you too, Obama,’ she wrote.

She finished her remarks with a final wish of a ‘very painful demise’ for Biden.

‘I hope he’s haunted in his final days by the gravity of his crimes,’ the rant ended.

Ford issued a blunt response when contacted by Daily Mail Australia for further comment on Tuesday night.

‘I believe I said it in the post. Can’t you read?’ she wrote.

Ford took to her Instagram Stories shortly afterwards to double down on her comments.

‘And I’d f***ing say it again. Joe Biden deserves to die slowly and painfully and with the screams of the Palestinian children he’s helped slaughter ringing in his ears,’ she wrote.

‘The only downside to his cancer diagnosis is that he might not live to be tried as the war criminal he is. I hope when he goes, it’s with fear for what’s coming next.”

Ford is no stranger to controversy, having previously made headlines for her public feud with podcast host and media personality Abbie Chatfield.

The dispute began after Ford accused Chatfield of profiting from the ‘performance of being politically engaged.’

Ford also made headlines recently following her appearance on Piers Morgan’s online show Piers Morgan Uncensored, where a heated panel debate erupted over her definition of what it means to be a woman.

She has faced multiple controversies in the past for her provocative commentary. In one instance, she issued an apology after writing, ‘Covid-19 is not killing men fast enough,’ a remark that sparked widespread criticism.

Back in 2018, Ford drew significant backlash for a tweet that read, ‘All men must die.’

The comment led to public outrage and prompted calls to boycott her appearances at speaking events.

Ford shot to prominence with the publication of her 2016 book ‘Fight Like a Girl’ published by Allen & Unwin.

Following the publication of her second book: ‘Boys Will Be Boys: Power, Patriarchy and Toxic Masculinity’ in 2018, she resigned from the Australian mastheads claiming she had faced internal backlash after calling then Prime Minister Scott Morrison a ‘f***-ing disgrace’.
