Inside the luxurious monogrammed bag, six nappies could be seen perfectly positioned into the side pockets along with a baby bottle, some baby wipes and bottle of sparkling mineral water.
Alongside the bag, Clementine positioned her LV monogrammed phone case, a pair of pink designer sunglasses and her passport, tagging the image #familyvacay.
The mother-of-two is known for her stylish displays and recently showcased her trim figure in a chic velvet suit.
She took to Instagram to share a shot of herself languishing in a chair during a day out, wearing the stylish two piece.

Sadly the couple’s firstborn, Luella, died in 2011 aged just four weeks after she was born with a serious heart condition.
Clementine shared a heartfelt tribute to Luella on her Instagram in July this year on what would have been her firstborn’s sixth birthday.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia at the time, Clementine said: ‘She made me the person I am today.. She taught me the true meaning of Love, compassion, gratitude and kindness.’
