Cleveland Browns rookie Mike Hall Jr. is ARRESTED in Ohio after ‘striking the mother of his child with a baby bottle’ during domestic dispute

Cleveland Browns rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. has been arrested in Ohio amid allegations that he shoved the mother of his baby boy and hit her with a bottle.

Hall reportedly turned himself in to police in Avon, Ohio on Tuesday after a pair of sources told The Athletic that the former Ohio State star was involved in a domestic dispute on Monday night.

According to the report, Hall left the scene before police arrived at the suburban home on Monday night. However, a woman at the scene told officers that Hall ‘had pushed her daughter (name redacted) and struck her with a baby bottle,’ according to a police report obtained by The Akron Beacon Journal.

Hall reportedly ‘left the residence in a Dodge TRX and was likely headed to the Residence Inn in Middleburg Heights.’

Avon police did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for further information. The Browns, meanwhile, have released a statement.

‘We are aware of the incident involving Mike Hall Jr. last night,’ read a statement from the team.

‘Mike and his representatives have been in touch with the appropriate authorities. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at the time.’

Hall was taken with the Browns in the second round of April’s draft after a solid college career in Columbus.

Over 14 games with the Buckeyes, the 6-foot-3, 300-pound Hall had five sacks and 21 total tackles.

The Cleveland-area native played his high school ball at nearby Steetsboro High.

He welcomed his son into the world on September 15, according to ClevelandBrowns.com.

‘It’s been a greatest addition to my life for sure,’ Hall told the team website.

‘Teaching me a lot of patience, being a great role model for my son. I mean, it’s just the best feeling for him to even be around this and witnessing this and he’s in all the videos and just give him something good to look back on. Like, dang, my dad did something real positive.’

Hall’s agents did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
