The CBS Morning Co-host donned a sparkling lime-green jacket that showed off her chest – paired with matching pants on the red carpet.
She paired the look with matching reflective pumps and silver jewelry as her short brown locks were perfectly styled.
Her makeup featured smoky eyeshadow with light blush.
The fan-voted award show was hosted by country icon Kelsea Ballerini.

‘I honestly love country music and I have for some time so I’m not late to the country music party…the vibe is different here,’ the journalist told Billboard.
When asked about her how she practiced to be a presenter at this evening’s event she said,’ You prepare, prepare, prepare. I’m not trying to put anybody on the spot…I just thinking we’re giving you the platform to tell your story.’
‘I’m just there to sort of facilitate the conversation for you. But I’m very prepared. I pride myself of being prepared,’ she added.
She even gushed over Beyonce’s turn to country music with her album Cowboy Carter, saying she was in Japan during its release.
Gayle admitted that one day she hopes to chat with the Single Ladies songstress and her famous beau Jay-Z in a joint interview.
At the ceremony, Jelly Roll was the big winner with three awards while Trisha Yearwood was the the recipient of the first-ever June Carter Cash Humanitarian Award.
Ballerini, who ordinarily hosts with Kane Brown, told People: ‘It’s definitely new grounds for me.’
‘But it’s my fourth year hosting, so I feel like I’ve learned a lot. And the good thing about CMT is there’s such a light energy, so there’s not a pressure that I feel to be perfect.
‘I just want to be fun, honor the night and help people have a good time.’
Billy Bob Thornton, Emma Roberts, James Van Der Beek, Jane Seymour, Mickey Guyton, and Jelly Roll were among the all-star presenters hitting the stage.

King also helped celebrate the biggest night in music by hitting the red carpet at the 2024 Grammy Awards earlier this year.
