Coleen’s confident display comes after she admitted she has to work harder on shifting her pregnancy weight with every child.
She told OK! last year: ‘After each pregnancy I found losing those last few pounds harder. I’d say after having Kai, I never quite got back to what I was. And then after Klay I gained a few more pounds.’

The sun-soaked getaway is a first for four-month-old baby Cass as well as the Rooneys’ first holiday together in Barbados since last May.
The family are no doubt keen to relax altogether, ahead of footballer Wayne’s potential move to the States for the next chapter of his career.

The Mail on Sunday understands she will stay in the UK for the sake of their children, and instead move into the £20 million, six-bedroom mansion the family are building in Cheshire.
‘Talented’ Kai will therefore be able to continue his football training, after a source said America could not match ‘the highly talented coaches’ at Manchester City’s Academy.
‘Wayne and Coleen would feel awful if they did anything to affect his chances of realising his dream,’ the source added.
Wayne’s lucrative contract with the new Major League Soccer club is said to be ‘90 per cent done’ and, once signed, he would begin playing this summer.
Coleen and the couple’s four sons will then spend time in the US capital, returning to Britain in time for the school term and the beginning of Kai’s football season.
