Colorado parents’ surprise son with Disneyland goes wrong

These parents thought they’d planned the best surprise ever when they booked their child off school without telling him and planned a secret trip to Disney Land.

The mother and father, from Aurora, Colorado, booked a hotel by the ocean in California and pretended to get the kids ready for school.

When they got into the car, their luggage was already packed and they’d stuck a message on the back windshield which read: ‘We’re going to Disneyland.’

The parents tell him he’s not going to school, instead they’re going on the family vacation, to which the boy says ‘no’.

His mother and father explain his teacher knows he won’t be in, to which the devastated-looking youngster covers his mouth and says: ‘But we didn’t even talk about this.’

His mother tries to get him excited by explaining they’ve got a hotel booked on the ocean, but it doesn’t work.
