Colts star Drew Ogletree’s domestic battery charges ‘are dismissed due to insufficient evidence’ – three months after TE was arrested and placed on NFL commissioner’s exempt list

All domestic battery charges against Indianapolis Colts star Drew Ogletree have been dismissed due to ‘insufficient evidence’, according to reports.

Ogletree, 25, faced two felony counts of ‘domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury’ and ‘domestic battery committed in physical presence of a child less than 16’ following his arrest at the end of December.

The Colts tight end, who was also placed on the NFL commissioner’s exempt list after his arrest, was accused of ‘bodyslamming’ the alleged victim to the ground during a dispute over his broken phone.

Yet according to Fox 59, on Tuesday the charges against Ogletree were dismissed ‘with prejudice’ – meaning they cannot be brought back into court.
