Connor Bedard opened his NHL account on Wednesday night by scoring vs. the Boston Bruins.

The Chicago Blackhawks center, who was selected with the first overall pick in this year’s NHL Entry Draft, notched an assist in his pro debut Tuesday as his team beat the Penguins 4-2.

And the 18-year-old kept it going a night later as he scored an impressive wrap-around goal.

Bedard saw an initial shot from the right blocked before regaining control of the puck and putting it past Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark.

He was then embraced by his teammates as they celebrated the landmark moment.

However, the Bruins would go on to win the game 3-1.

On Tuesday, Bedard enjoyed a touching moment with referee Kelly Sutherland before his NHL debut.

Bedard skated up to center ice to take the opening faceoff against NHL legend Sidney Crosby, and Sutherland started by greeting the two-time MVP before welcoming the rookie.

‘Connor, welcome to the NHL, man.’

‘Thank you,’ Bedard replied, before Sutherland said it was ‘showtime’ and dropped the puck.

Bedard and the Blackhawks face the Canadiens on Saturday.
