Conor McGregor kits out son in three-piece suit

Conor McGregor has always placed great stock in his clan’s rich fighting heritage and it seems the UFC superstar is already moulding his infant son Conor Jnr in the McGregor way, kitting him out in a mini three-piece suit and sunglasses.

Less than three days out from his mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather, the UFC superstar cut an extremely relaxed figure with his family in tow as he was measured up for some fresh new looks.

And for once he was outshone as his son, completely oblivious to the fuss around him, was planted on a table in a blue suit and waistcoat with orange tie.

Conor McGregor was clearly enjoying having his son Conor Jr dressing in a mini version of one of his three-piece-suits

The Irishman is putting the finishing touches to his wardrobe ahead of Saturday’s showdown and never fails to impress with his sartorial flamboyance.

His tailor is David Heil, creator of the David August brand, who also works with the likes of Kobe Bryant and Sylvester Stallone.

Heil is responsible for all of McGregor’s suits, which are usually paraded on stage as he engages in verbal warfare with his opponents before they lock horns in the octagon, or in this case the T-Mobile Arena’s boxing ring.

WHO IS CONOR McGREGOR’S TAILOR?

McGregor has enlisted the help of one of the best in the business by working with American tailor David Heil.

His clothing line is called David August, due to his middle name, and he creates bespoke looks for a number of high profile clients.

Heil has worked with Kobe Bryant, Robert Downey Jr, Will Smith and many more.

Clearly the suits fit perfectly but when it comes to McGregor, the style is deliberately more flamboyant to mirror his personality.

Heil made McGregor’s famous ‘Eff You’ suit which is available for sale on his website.

McGregor was again being measured up for some striking new gear in the fight capital of the world.

His long-term partner and Conor Jnr’s mother, Dee Devlin, watched on in the lavish surroundings of a penthouse suite while McGregor concluded the fitting session.

Heil was the mastermind behind McGregor’s famous ‘Eff You’ suit, which he wore for the first press conference of the world tour promoting his fight with Mayweather. This one is now available to buy, but if you want to have the McGregor look, you’ll need the McGregor money as it retails at £5,600.

Now that the 28-year-old’s physical preparation is complete for Saturday night, the demands on his time are largely based on media obligations and Friday’s weigh-ins.

On Saturday, the interviews and the hype will finally be forgotten for the real business in Las Vegas as McGregor attempts to shock the world and overcome arguably the finest boxer of all time.

His odds as underdog have shortened dramatically since this cross-over contest was announced and money continues to pour in for the two-time UFC champion. Far fewer punters are preferring to back the favourite, despite his perfect 49-0 professional record.

The Irish are descending on Sin City in their droves and will paint the town green if ‘The Notorious’ manages what few believe possible in knocking out the defensive master, Mayweather.

Of course the man himself has no doubt in his own ability, promising to separate the American from consciousness within four rounds.

One thing is for certain, if McGregor manages to fulfill his own prophecy, he’ll look good doing it.
