Conor McGregor slams new sexual assault accusations as he brands it a money grab

BREAKING NEWS: Conor McGregor calls new sexual assault accusations against him ‘a shakedown’ and says claimant has changed her story after asking him for money over ‘forced oral sex in VIP bathroom’ incident

  • The MMA fighter has been accused of sexual assault after an incident in Miami
  • The woman reported the incident to the police and to McGregor’s attorneys
  • Both the police and the Miami Heat are conducting ‘full investigations’

Conor McGregor has responded to the release of a video that shows the MMA fighter allegedly leading the woman who accused him of sexual assault into the toilets at the NBA finals last week.

In a statement issued in the wake of allegations that the fighter ‘forced (the woman) into oral sex and then spat on her and himself’, McGregor’s team claimed the allegations were ‘a shakedown’.

‘After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him are false.

‘After not responding to the demand for money made by claimant’s counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure. This is no more than a shakedown.’
