Mummy blogger Constance Hall is charging mothers $197 a head for an online course teaching her ‘tricks of the trade’ about parenting, children, relationships and post-baby life.

The Perth mother-of-seven said she designed the ‘Queen Plan’ to help those ‘who feel stressed-out, lonely, unsexy, unappreciated and exhausted after having babies’.

Her six-week video program ‘coaches’ mothers to ‘rediscover’ their happiness, fix ‘sleep, anxiety, f***ed-up relationships, loneliness’ and learn to ‘love your post-children body’.

The 36-year-old author admitted her course is ‘not cheap as my books’ – and offered customers two different payment options – $197 pay in full or make four fortnightly payments of $49.25.

However, many were divided over the ‘steep’ price tag, with some fans suggesting they were unable to afford her course.

‘Oh I so need this I wish I could afford it so many bills at the moment,’ one said.

Another said: ‘Omg I can’t afford that. Cheaper to stay in bed and sleep my life away.’

One said: ‘Sadly out of my budget but I’m sure anyone who participates will get a s***load out of it I know I would have.’

And another added: ‘I really wish I could afford this. I’m a huge fan. Half the time I don’t even know who I am. Married with two kids and struggling to reconnect with whom I am.’

However, Ms Hall explained her decision behind the set price came after a ‘full production’, including high costs, time and hard work was put into creating her course.

‘When we were making this course, some people told me it should cost $1,000, like so many other courses. But that’s not what it’s about for me,’ she said.

‘Yes, I’m running a business and have mouths to feed. But my passion has always been and will always be about creating happier mums, I’m on a mission to help women get there. Which is why I decided to price the Queen Plan at just $197.

‘That p***ed a lot of people off, because it’s as cheap as we could make it to cover our costs. And I know it will also p*** off people who hate to see a woman charging any money at all for anything she sells that can help people.

How does Constance Hall care for her kids

ONE PLATE FITS ALL: The mother just uses two plates for her entire family – one for vegetables and one for meat. She then lets her kids just pick what they want from the table.

NO CUTLERY: Constance said she lets her kids eat with their hands to save on washing up and cutlery.

BATHS EVERY OTHER DAY: She also said she only bathes her children every other day and doesn’t believe a daily shower or bath is necessary for young children.

LAUNDRY SAVER: Constance said she has bought several different-coloured buckets, labelled them for each of her children and now, she just throws each of her children’s clothes into the bucket. If they want their clothes folded, they do so themselves.

CHECK OUT TIME: The busy mum-of-seven said she ‘checks out’ every day at 7.30pm, and said she stops parenting every day from this time. If they want anything, they have to deal themselves.

‘But I’m not sorry, because I know I worked hard to make the Queen Plan f***ing amazing, and the lessons you will learn are invaluable… as long as it is right for you.’

Ms Hall also made it clear she was ‘not an expert’ but she has incorporated 10 years of her experiences after having ‘access to millions of women’ from around the world.

‘Women that I actually listen to and so I know what we need and what we are all going through,’ she said.

Earlier this month, the mother revealed how becoming a step-parent nearly ruined her marriage with her second husband Denim Cooke.

She has four children from her previous marriage – Billie-Violet, Arlo Love, twins Rumi and Snow – and she now shares toddler son Raja with Mr Cooke who’s father to two boys – Zeyke and Sunny – from his last relationship.

Step parenting is ridiculously hard. Last year it almost cost us our relationship. At the end of last year, with work stresses as well, it all just felt too hard, I wanted to raise the kids one way, my husband raised his another way,’ she said.

In August last year, she sparked debate on social media after suggesting step-parents should never discipline their partner’s children.

The post, titled ‘Do’s and don’ts of step-parenting’, quickly racked up thousands of likes and streams of comments from social media users, the vast majority of whom took issue with her stance on discipline.

‘Don’t discipline someone else’s kid (toddlers and younger are different, they need it for their own safety. Dr Phil says if you come into their life after three, no to disciplining),’ she said.

‘They will hate it – it won’t feel natural or fair. The only reason a parent can discipline their child is because that child knows exactly how much their parent loves them.’

And it isn’t the first time the mother dished out advice to her followers. Ms Hall shared her relationship advice to women about when it was time to walk away or save a marriage.

After learning from her own history of failed romances, she believes one instance of cheating is ‘resolvable’, and said the biggest mistake people make is ‘staying together for the kids’ which causes more damage in the long run.

She has been married to Mr Cooke since January 2018, but share regular insights into their marital struggles, including live streaming a couples therapy session on Facebook in May 2019.

Ms Hall has long been openly honest about her own relationship struggles, even admitting she and Mr Cooke suffered financial woes.

‘I went through a really rough time after Dancing With The Stars financially… amongst all of this my relationship with Denz really suffered,’ she previously said.

‘S**t really hit the fan between Denz… and I’m glad it did, we both needed a wake up call. And do you know what I needed? I needed a reminder that you guys don’t read my stuff for the answers, you read my stuff for the truth.’
