The fiancé of popular Australian mummy blogger Constance Hall has shared a touching tribute to her middle son.
Taking to Facebook on Saturday, Denim Cooke shared a photograph of the ‘fiercely independent’ five-year-old, Arlo Love – who was born between his older sister Billie-Violet and younger siblings, Rumi and Snow.
‘Arlo is only five years old but holds his own against anyone that challenges his willpower to go it alone,’ Mr Cooke wrote alongside the adorable image.

‘His ability to nut stuff out himself is really amazing and it’s very rare that he ever asks for help.
‘Having myself and my boys enter his world must have been a huge shock for Arlo.
‘He was not used to having older brothers to not only share his family with but now he had boys that could help him repair a bike wheel or build lego together.
‘I love now that Arlo comes to us for help when he begins to struggle.

‘He melts my heart with every request as he calls me “Demin” and it so adorable.
Mr Cooke – who is a father of two – and Perth-based blogger Ms Hall, announced their engagement in June this year – just two months after Ms Hall split from her husband of six years Bill Mahon
Mr Cooke acknowledged in his post that Arlo had found things hard at first.
‘To begin with he was a tough nut and understandably cautious of me and opening his heart,’ he wrote.

‘Now to have him come to me for help gives me so much pride that not only can I help but that he accepts my help.
‘When Arlo shows u his love he is so sweet, to have him say “I love u” makes my heart skip a beat, and that dark red hair with devine lil freckles is destined to melt many more hearts than mine.’

‘Oh Densy. For all the reasons I know you’re my soul mate… the way you love my kids has to be up there with the top 3,’ Ms Hall wrote when sharing her fiancé’s post
‘I got him to write it down and it’s tattooed in his script right next to my boys names,’ he wrote.
‘Thank you little Arlo, you never thought you’d have to share your mum with anyone, but you have acycepted [sic] us with love and we love you, our fierce little Arlo Love. Oceanz of Love Denim x.’
Constance Hall also shared the post with her own 1.1 million followers.
