Controversial comedian Nikki Osborne buys three bedroom waterfront ‘forever’ home on Sunshine Coast

Nikki Osborne has found her ‘forever home’. 

The controversial comedian has purchased a three bedroom property in Mooloolaba, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. 

While the price she paid for the beachfront home has not been disclosed, similar houses in the area sell for around $1.9 million. 

‘We’ve ended up with a three-bedroom bungalow with no laundry and no bath, but it has a boat ramp,’ she told realestate.com.au on Friday.

‘The criteria was to be close to the beach, close to cafes and shops so my son can just get a job and take himself there because I’m sick of driving, and close to Guzman y Gomez so we can get Uber Eats.’ 

The house, which last sold for $840,000 all the way back in 2004, sits on the highly sought after waterfront precinct of Minyama Waters. 

Sitting on a roomy 756 m², it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and four parking spaces. 

A large modern kitchen, huge covered outdoor entertaining area, pool and courtyard add to the luxury.

Osborne and her husband, Jeremy Starr, sold their home in Buderim, Queensland, for $1.425million ahead of the new purchase. 

Nikki, who will appear on Dancing with the Stars later this year, says she hopes to buy a boat to get use out of the boat ramp on the property. 

The home has water views and residents can access the harbour from their backdoor. 

There are also ‘extensive parkland just across the street’. 

Additionally, ‘stunning walking paths’ sit along the river.
