A Florida cop has been convicted of ordering two teens to strip naked and run after a traffic spot – or face an arrest.

Michael Martinez cried as he was found guilty of two counts each of extortion and unlawful compensation, all felonious charges, on Thursday.

The 30-year-old was fired from Miccosukee Police Department, in Miami-Dade, Florida, over the accusations last year.

The incident occurred on August 5, 2016, when Martinez pulled over Remy Riley and Kyle Shoulta, then both 18, for failing to stop at a stop sign in Alligator Alley.

At the traffic stop, Martinez found a small amount of marijuana in the teens’ car.

Martinez then told them to follow him to a secluded road where he said they would go to jail if they didn’t remove all of their clothes.

The teens both did as instructed.

In trial testimony, the couple told the Broward County jury they felt intimidated, and threatened by then-Officer Michael Martinez.

‘I was given a choice of go to jail or run, so I took the choice to run naked,’ Shoulta said on the witness stand Wednesday, WSVN reported.

Riley claimed she had also been told to undress and that the officer even tried to force her to perform a sex act.

‘I took my pants off. I took my shirt off. I kind of looked at him like, “Is this enough?” He’s like, “That’s it?” I turned around from them.

‘I turned away. I took my underwear off. I took my bra off. I ran back in the opposite direction holding myself. While I’m in the middle of holding myself, he’s kind of like, “Move your hands away from your body so I can see.”‘

Once naked, prosecutors said, Martinez tried to get the Riley to perform a sex act on him.

The now-ex-Miccosukee officer, Martinez’s eyes welled up with filled with tears as the verdicts were read.

His wrists were immediately cuffed and he was taken into custody.

The Broward County circuit judge scheduled Martinez’s sentencing hearing for Nov. 25.

He faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in state prison. Prosecutors said state sentencing guidelines suggest a minimum prison term of nearly six years.
