Millie worked with Shelter and The Children’s Society to learn about homelessness for her Corrie storyline, saying people being on the streets is ‘heartbreaking’, especially at Christmas.

Kelly is set to have a turbulent start to 2022 as her neglectful mother Laura returns to her life.

However, she says things are far simpler in her real life, with the Corrie cast member planning to pass her driving test in the New Year and purchase a home in Manchester.
