A finance expert has shared the ‘perfect’ budget alternative for Lululemon’s popular pocketed leggings – and they’re only $3.
Queenie Tan, from Sydney, shared a video trying on Costco’s ’90 Degree Bike Shorts’ ($3) after learning the pair was ‘almost identical’ to Lululemon’s ‘Align’ tights ($139).
‘The Costco leggings honestly feel really good, and the material is extremely comfortable,’ the 25-year-old said. ‘And they have pockets!’

The video showed Queenie travel to Costco to buy the dupe and try them on, and then compare them with her favourite pair of Lululemon leggings.
The savvy shopper shared her honest thoughts on Costco’s shorts in comparison to the original leggings.
‘I think the material for Lululemon is more stretchy and it definitely pulls you in a little bit more at the waist,’ she said.
The shorts are available in grey and black.
But the Costco leggings were a strong contender in her eyes.
‘They’re really good value for money and they’re really good quality,’ she revealed.
While Queenie tried on bike shorts with pockets, Costco also has full-leg leggings ($19.99) that are a closer dupe.
The full-leg tights are available in black, maroon, and teal.
