A clever mother has made an incredible chocolate and caramel birthday cake for just $20, while similar versions cost up to $90 in professional cake shops.
The Australian woman used chocolate and caramel mudcakes, cream, chocolate bars and colourful button-shaped chocolates bought at Aldi.
‘Here’s a cake I made for one of my daughters’ birthday today. All Aldi ingredients and I reckon it cost under $20,’ she wrote on Facebook.

Other mothers were impressed with the woman’s baking skills and said the birthday cake looked ‘amazing’.
‘Great idea looks beautiful,’ one person wrote. ‘Looks great yummy,’ another person agreed.
She purchased chocolate and caramel mudcakes, cream, chocolate bars and colourful button-shaped chocolates from her local Aldi store
