Cringe-worthy Cleo Bachelor Of Year interviews resurface

Before there was The Bachelor, there was Cleo magazine’s Bachelor Of The Year.

The annual competition pitted the hunkiest stars and up-and-comers against each other for the prestigious title.

And this week, Daily Mail Australia revisits cringe-worthy interviews on love, sex and romance from the eligible Bachelors of yesteryear.

A series of published interviews from 2004, 2005 and 2006 recently surfaced, featuring then fresh-faced chefs, TV presenters and actors.

In their awkward interviews, TWO males reveal they’ve faked orgasms, another gushes over ‘spunky girls’ that touch a lot and one reveals ‘girls in panties’ makes him smile.

Andrew G (Now Osher Gunsberg) – Married

Osher Gunsberg, who was then known as Andrew G, revealed ‘spunky girls’ gave him butterflies in the unearthed Cleo chat.

He also said ‘If she’s up for it. A cheeky round two is always fun!’ when asked if he would see a girl again after having sex on a first date.

Fast forward 13 years and Osher, who changed his name in 2011 after a spiritual exchange with a Shaman in Israel, has cemented himself as a well-known face on Australian television.
