Three customers were caught on video attacking a Tennessee Waffle House employee on New Year’s Eve after they wanted the thermostat adjusted.
WMC reported that the woman who shot the video, who did not wish to be named, said that two adults and a 16-year-old walked into the eatery in Cordova around 1.30pm
They complained it was too hot in the restaurant and asked that the temperature be turned down.
The 21-year-old worker, who was sweeping the floor, said she would ask her manager. One of the women didn’t like the answer and instead punched the employee.

The employee told the news station that one of the customers threatened to get a gun.
The woman who shot the video claims one of the women said: ‘Y’all going to die today.’
In the clip, of the female attackers can be heard saying: ‘Where’s my damn gun?Where’s my purse?’
The brawl continued with the women cursing as employees tried to get them out of the restaurant.
Police described the women in the video as a 50-year-old heavyset woman, a 16-year-old and a heavyset 25-year-old.
Officials were able to get the license plate on the white four-door Nissan Altima the women got into and drove off in.

Passersby who were shown the video were shocked by the violent outburst.
‘I think its crazy that this happened to her. I mean she’s just an employee trying to make a living,’ one woman told WMC.
