UFC president Dana White dug deep into his pockets, donating $100,000 to Donald Trump’s fundraiser for Hurricane Helene victims.
In late September, the hurricane swept through the Southeastern United States, costing lives and families their homes in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
As victims of the calamity hope to get back on their feet, the former US President launched an effort with a GoFundMe campaign as the official response for MAGA supporters offering their financial assistance to those affected.
Among the top donors to the fundraiser was White with his six-figure offering.
White was not the only prominent figure who donated to the cause. Kid Rock gave $20k and Bill Ackman donated $100k. Meanwhile, former US Senator Kelly Loeffler and investor Steve Witkoff gave a whopping $500k each.

The campaign description reads: “President Donald J. Trump has launched this GoFundMe campaign as an official response for MAGA supporters to offer their financial assistance to their fellow Americans impacted by Hurricane Helene.”
‘With so many across the Southeastern U.S. facing challenges after the storm, President Trump is on the ground in communities to see the aftermath firsthand.’
“All donations will be directed to help those most affected by Hurricane Helene. Any level of generosity will go a long way for your fellow Americans who are suffering.”

While the fundraiser has a goal of raising $1million, it has now reached over $3.6m as of Tuesday night.
According to the Associated Press, Helene has tragically claimed the lives of over 130 people.
White and Trump’s relationship comes as no surprise as the latter is a regular staple at the UFC’s biggest events.
White also introduced his friend at the Republican National Convention in July as Trump hopes to make his second run at the White House.
