Daniel Craig and Hayley Atwell lead the stars at the James Bond 60th anniversary party

The stars stepped out in style on Wednesday evening as they celebrated the 60th anniversary of the first James Bond movie with a star-studded party in London.

Leading the way was 007 himself Daniel Craig, who looked typically dapper in a black suit and bow tie. 

Meanwhile, bringing the glamour was Hayley Atwell, who put on a busty display in a semi-sheer ice blue gown which featured a waist-cinching gold corset detail.

Other stars in attendance at the glitzy event included Daisy Edgar-Jones and Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who both cut stylish figures on the night.

The event, hosted by watch brand Omega, marks 60 years since the release of the debut James Bond film Dr. No in 1962, with Sean Connery the first actor stepping into the role of the super-spy.

And Daniel, 54 – who has played the secret agent in five films –  looked in good spirits as he pulled off his signature pout as he posed for a number of snaps at the event. 

The star added a crisp white shirt and smart black shoes for the occasion, and rocked a special edition Omega James Bond watch on his wrist.

Hayley, 40, meanwhile looked stunning in her billowing dress as she graced the star-studded black carpet at a photocall in celebration of the films, based on the novels of Ian Fleming.

The actress exuded confident as she posed in her striking outfit which she teamed with a coordinating feathered gold clutch bag, gold platform heels and small silver earrings.

Her brunette tresses were styled in a sleek bun, while she highlighted her features with a radiant make-up palette.

Daisy Edgar-Jones opted for a sophisticated black and white co-ord, consisting of a black cropped top with gold buttons and large white lapels.

With the Normal People star adding a black midi skirt with a high split and pointed black heels. 

Elsewhere, Gugu stunned in a form-fitting white satin midi dress with a black trim and long draped detail.

The actress radiated glamour in the strapless number, which she paired with pointed black heels.

Gugu’s raven locks were styled into a sleek bun, with the star highlighting her features with glam make-up including a rouge lip.

While actress Alisha Boe showcased plenty of cleavage in a plunging black velvet mini dress.

Daniel’s appearance  comes after he recently  admitted he ‘hated’ the spotlight he was put under after being cast as James Bond in 2006, and still finds fame ‘foreign’.

The actor was the Tribute Honoree at the 2022 Montclair Film Festival recently where Stephen Colbert hosted a conversation at the New Jersey Performing Arts Centre.

According to GVN, Daniel said: ‘I used to hate it, but I think that was fame I didn’t like. I had to get used to being famous which is still so foreign to me.’

‘Everybody f*****g hated me,’ Daniel joked of the public reaction to his casting.

The Chester-native bade farewell to the role in 2021’s No Time To Die, with the likes of Henry Cavill, Regé Jean-Page and Tom Hardy leading favourites to play 007 next.
