Daphne Oz has shared a photo of her postpartum body nearly two months after giving birth her daughter, admitting that she still looks ‘three months pregnant.’
The 31-year-old former host of The Chew posted a snapshot of herself wearing a black bra and black lace underwear on Tuesday while reminding her 292,000 Instagram followers that there is ‘no bounce-back’ after giving birth.
Daphne, who welcomed her third child, Domenica Celine, in early December, was candid about the reality of her postpartum body, writing: ‘Seven weeks postpartum, still looking three months pregnant.’

‘There is no bounce-back, it’s all onwards and upwards,’ she continued. ‘Every day has moments of total splendor and also a decent number of WTFs.’
As a mother of three, Daphne said she wanted new moms to hear the truth because ‘we see so much of how glossy motherhood can be’ and not enough about how complicated ‘3D life’ really is.
‘You’re experience will be just right for you,’ she added. ‘Prepare to be amazed by some things and horrified by others. Motherhood is as complex and wonderful as the woman.’
Daphne’s bathroom selfie has been ‘liked’ more than 33,000 times in less than 24 hours and received plenty of praise from fans who thanked her for being ‘real’ with them.

In the snapshot, the mother-of-three is turned to show off her side profile, and while she noted that she still looks pregnant, many people reminded her that she looks ‘great.’
The Happy Cook author also received plenty of support from other celebrity moms, including ‘likes’ from Jenna Bush Hager and Jessie James Decker.
Jessica Alba, who gave birth to her son Hayes on New Year’s Eve, commented: ‘I feel ya girl,’ while Tamera Mowry responded: ‘I still get questions if I’m pregnant or not. My daughter is 2 and half.’
In addition to their newborn daughter, Daphne and her husband, John Jovanovic, are parents to a three-year-old daughter, Philomena, and a two-year-old son, Jovan.

The family is clearly over the moon with their newest addition, and Daphne recently posted a stunning photo of her eldest daughter gazing down at her little sister.
Little Domenica looks equally enamored with her big sister, who is holding her hand while she is lying in her crib. When captioning the image, Daphne wrote: ‘females. sisters. the future.’
In another recent snapshot, Daphne is holding Domenica in her arms while lying between her husband’s legs.
The photo, which was taken on the beach, shows Philomena sitting on her mom’s legs while looking at her baby sister.

‘Domenica is such a good baby, we got really lucky. I have to say this time around has been a crazy transition with 3 under four years old, but so fun because John and I get to see how obsessed our older two are with their baby sister,’ she added.
‘I can’t wait to see them grow up together and become their own little wolf pack. But for now, let her be little and warm, snuggled in my arms, in our own paradise.’
