A couple have dangerously hauled a 65-inch TV home by balancing it on their moped just in time for Christmas.
The bizarre sight was spotted in Darwin on Saturday when the pair were stopped at traffic lights, clinging to the large holiday present.
A passenger in another car was caught off guard after spotting the moped crossing an intersection.
A pair of motorcyclists have been caught hauling a 65 inch TV on their moped and taking home delivery to another level
The motorist snapped a photo showing the driver of the moped wedged between the female passenger behind him and the boxed TV resting in front of him.
The box is so large that he is forced to reach over and stretch his arms just so he can grip onto the handles.
The photograph of the bizarre sighting was uploaded to social media where people were quick to make light of it.
‘If there’s a will there’s a way!!!’ one wrote.
A second added: ‘They’ve obviously been to Bali.’
Other social media users were not quick to judge saying they didn’t know the full story behind the photograph.
‘They are lovely people who stubbornly won’t ask for help. I admire their can do attitude,’ one wrote.
‘Totally normal in Philippines and not every one can afford delivery,’ one person wrote.
