A dating columnist has revealed the reasons people cheat and it has little to do with being unhappy in a relationship.
Jana Hocking explained on Weekend Today, some people cheat because they need ‘validation’ while others like the ‘adrenaline rush’.
‘I think they take the risk because they think it’s sexy or exciting, or the sneaking around is giving their everyday boring lives a bit of an adrenaline rush,’ she said.
Jana continued: ‘There are also a lot of average guys cheating on like ten out of ten girls. That is the common theme.’
The Daily Mail Australia columnist explained insecurities can also drive someone to cheat on their partner in some relationships.
‘I think it’s because these doofus guys are thinking “she’s so hot and she could cheat at any opportunity. I need that validation to people to still think I’m hot as well”.’
‘It’s ridiculous, but it happens,’ she added.
Jana also said that someone who is ‘really charming’ can be a major red flag in any relationship.

It comes after an anonymous woman came forward and revealed she once had a very steamy tryst with a huge rock star in a broom closet during Jana’s ‘Saucy Secrets’ Instagram sessions last month.

The unnamed user made the very steamy revelation as they detailed their intimate encounter with a ‘very popular’ female presenter.
They claimed the TV star, who was not named, had an ‘insane’ fetish.
‘Very popular TV presenter has the best set of breasts and an insane oral fetish,’ they wrote.
