‘They were so beautiful, and they were so young and youthful and in love,’ her sister said between tears.

‘And then we happened,’ Kacey chimed in.

‘And we ruined them!’ her sister insisted, throwing her hands over her face.

‘Now they have to deal with anxious, disabled kids. Oh my God! They had lives before us… they look so happy.’

The video has been viewed more than 2.9 million times and has received thousands of comments in just two days.

‘The sentience of “my parents were kids too once” hits HARD,’ one person wrote.

‘”We ruined them” legit just snorted in public,’ someone else added.

Others assured the sisters that their parents don’t regret having them.

‘You didn’t ruin them. They made you, and I guarantee you that you two are their greatest accomplishments. Worth every second,’ one person responded.

Kacey later shared a follow-up video in which she answered viewers’ questions about their parents, who have been married for 28 years.

She explained that she was autistic and her sister had Type 1 diabetes, which were the disabilities that they referenced in their previous video.

Kacey added that their parents watched the video and thought it was ‘very funny,’ but she didn’t record their reaction.

‘They love being our parents,’ her sister noted. ‘I was just being emotional and dramatic.’

Kacey then turned the camera on her parents and asked them a series of questions about their marriage and parenthood.

‘Our marriage is great,’ their mom said, insisting that it was ‘absolutely’ better because of their daughters.

‘I wouldn’t change it for the world,’ their father added. ‘I love being a girl dad.’

When asked to share their best tip for a happy marriage, they agreed that ‘communication’ was key.
