Former Bachelor star Sam Wood has forged a career as an in demand personal trainer.
And the buff personality took to Instagram on Monday, congratulating comedian Dave Hughes on joining his fitness program.
A before and after shot of the 46-year-old, marking his nearly seven kilogram weight loss in just 33 days, was captioned: ‘Keep up the great work mate.’

Sam and Snezana met and fell in love in 2015 on the third season of The Bachelor, and became engaged in December that same year.
