Scream series actor David Arquette has sold his plush trailer park-style Malibu-based pad for $1,450,000 which is built on the Point Dume Club park.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star initially put the swanky property under the hammer for $1.797 million in October last year but he was forced to drop the price tag by $350,000 to secure the sell.
Spectacular views overlooking the ocean and the Malibu coastline as well as saunas, a heated swimming pool, a tennis court and clubhouse are just some of the features of the two-bedroom home, according to the park’s website.
