David Beckham fans have been left baffled as he seemingly appeared at the Olympics showing his BMX skills – but all is not as it seems.

A TikTok video has circulated online apparently showing the football ace, 49, performing a plethora of impressive tricks on a BMX bike in front of impressed crowds at the Paris Olympics.

Dressed in a fitted white T-shirt, black jeans and trainers, the hunk left spectators open-mouthed as he pulled off the skillful stunts before smiling and waving to everyone.

However, it seems that David Beckham hasn’t showcased a previously unseen talent as the man in question is simply a lookalike.

In fact, the BMX ace is French-born pro rider Alex Jumelin, who was reportedly tasked with entertaining spectators over 12 days.

And it’s easy to see why the doppelganger confused fans as he bears an uncanny resemblance to Victoria Beckham’s husband, with his spiky hair, beard and sleeve of tattoos.

Taking to the comments, followers who were unaware of the cyclist’s real identity were quick to share their admiration for his skills.

They penned: ‘Unbelievable he has a secret skill’; ‘That’s David Bikem.’

‘Multi talented’; ’tis dude is the best at everything :)’; ‘My hero’.

‘He is almost 50 years old omg’; ‘And this is at the age of 49.’

While David may bot have been showing off his BMX skills, he has been busy spending time with his family – though at the expense of his wife Victoria.

The Spice Girl was left red-faced after she was pranked by her family in a hilarious TikTok last week.

Victoria, 50, was joined by her husband David, children Romeo and Harper and a friend as they attempted their version of the ‘Just Give Me My Money’ viral social media trend.

The TikTok performance sees a group take it in turn to enthusiastically step forward and exclaim: ‘give me my money.’

After each person delivers it the others then congratulate them with a round of applause and whooping.

However, after the last person delivers the line, the others purposefully remain silent and exchange awkward glances, and in this case Victoria was the one left in the dark.

After Victoria exclaimed ‘Give me my money’ she was left red faced as her family remained silent and they burst out laughing after making her the butt of the joke.

Apologising to his mum in the caption, Romeo wrote: ‘Sorry mum’ with a series of laughing emoji faces.
