David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife has hit back at his claim that she should get a job as he moves to cut off her $10,000 spousal support.
Pamela Bach, 55, has fired back at the former Baywatch star’s petition to end her monthly payments, suggesting it’s tough to get work as an older actress ‘in the current market’.
In new legal documents filed by Bach, she said she’s made ‘good faith and reasonable efforts’ to land work in the acting industry, TMZ reported on Monday.

She claims her age and ‘the current market for actresses’ plus the time she had away from the entertainment business as a homemaker has made it next to impossible to get a gig.
Bach said she did find some work, notably on UK reality show Celebrity Big Brother and follow up Big Brother’s Bit On The Side in 2011, but that’s it.
Her last TV role was in Missing in 2003, while 2002’s More Than Puppy Love marked her most recent big screen appearance.
Pamela said that it was a travesty to cut her off, claiming David, 65 – who she was married to from 1989 to 2006 – makes around $1 million a year.

In the new legal documents, Bach claimed that the actor still owed a $1 million payment to balance their separation of assets when they divorced in 2006 after 17 years or marriage.
She said he got a boat, jet skis, two trusts with a lot of assets and their home while essentially all she got was $325,000 out of the house.
Hasselhoff initially paid $21,000 per month in alimony support before getting the amount cut in half last year.

The former America’s Got Talent judge claimed in court documents that Pamela has displayed a ‘failure to make any efforts to become self supporting, contribute to her own support, or even make any efforts to gain job skills.’
Pamela also appeared as cafe owner Kay Morgan in 15 episodes of Baywatch between 1991 and 2000.
David, who made a cameo appearance in the rebooted big-screen version of Baywatch this year, has been with Welsh former shop assistant fiancee Hayley Roberts, 37, since 2013.
David and Hayley first met in 2011, having reportedly met around Cardiff Bay while he was filming Britain’s Got Talent.
The actor’s first marriage was to actress Catherine Hickland – who guest-starred on his show Knight Rider – from 1984 to 1989.
Catherine is now married to the late Carrie Fisher’s brother Todd Fisher.
