He already boasts about his indulgent lifestyle – but Conor McGregor is enjoying sheer excess, following his £100million pay day.
Finally able to relax after his Floyd Mayweather defeat, the UFC fighter entertained fans with pictures from his post-fight escape to Ibiza, which show he’s loosened up on his strict regime, and his stringent diet.
The 29-year-old is pictured sipping whisky and clearing plates of steak and chips with his head thrown back in delight, as he concedes ‘a wealthy belly is the new six pack.’

Proud of his heavily tattooed torso, the Irishman wore no shirt out to dinner at STK Ibiza with girlfriend Dee Devlin and sister Aoife.
Instead, he paired tight, white shorts with a characteristically-bold blazer, which proudly displayed his new, ‘wealthy belly’.
Conor shared an Instagram post in which he stretched out in a booth with his other half stroking his belly.

Irish fighter Conor made weight – a full pound under the 154lbs limit – for his fight in the last week of August.
That put paid to the notion that his training may have been compromised by late nightly visits to his strip club during the summer.
At the time, confident McGregor accused his competitor Mayweather of ‘being in the worst shape of his life.’

In the days leading up to his 10-round defeat, he added: ‘I’m going to breeze through him, trust me on that.
On his own preparation, Conor said: ‘I’m a professional, I make weight – its sacrifice, dedication, focus, but I make it. I’m ready.’

Conor’s trainer has already indicated that he is unlikely to be part of another fight before 2018.
After trying his hand at boxing, the 29-year-old is expected to now return to the Octagon, where a third UFC bout with Nate Diaz could be on the cards.
Now granted some well-deserved time off, Conor stated his intentions for a big blowout in Ibiza in celebration of his friend Lee Duphny.
‘I’m going to hit Ibiza for a childhood friend’s wedding,’ he said. ‘And going to hire a 100 foot yacht. Those are my plans and then we’ll see what’s next.’
