Dejan Lovren celebrated Liverpool’s sixth Champions League title in bizarre fashion by cutting out a section of the net with scissors.
The defender was an unused substitute in Madrid but decided he wanted to take a momento from the Wanda Metropolitano.
The Reds defeated Tottenham 2-0 thanks to a second-minute penalty by Mohamed Salah and 87th-minute strike by substitute Divock Origi.

29-year-old Lovren made 19 appearances for Liverpool this season, with three of which coming in the Champions League.
The Croatian’s defensive colleague could not hide his delight after becoming a Champions League winner at the age of 20.
He said: ‘It’s hard to even put into words what’s just happened. The celebrations that are gonna happen tonight.

‘The season we’ve had we’ve deserved it more than any other team. An early goal and a late goal has finished them off.
‘When we look back on tonight we’re not going to think it’s a sluggish team, we’re going to think we’ve won the European cup.
‘It’s hard to think of myself as a legend. I’m just a normal lad from Liverpool whose dream’s just come true.’
