Delta Goodrem has revealed the secret to her flawless complexion, sharing her skincare regimen and top health tips.
In an interview with The House of Wellness this week, the 35-year-old singer said that on the daily, she cleanses and uses a collagen moisturiser.
But while she said she enjoys things like a celery juice each day and good sleep, she insisted that ‘beauty starts from the inside.’

‘With all my heart, I believe that beauty starts from the inside. With a beautiful heart, you are perfectly beautiful inside and out,’ Delta said.
She said she removes her makeup every day with a wipe and uses a collagen moisturiser on her skin.
The Voice mentor does a hair treatment each week and has a celery juice every morning, with its benefits including being filled with vitamin C and K and helps the skin with UV damage.

Last year, she told Beauty Crew that she likes to be makeup free when not at work and never wears heels when not on set or performing.
‘On a day off I love clean skin,’ Delta said.
‘I associate getting made up as getting ready for work. I never wear heels on a day off and I’ll just put a bit of mascara on and make sure my brows are alright,’ she said.

Delta – who lives in Los Angeles – is set to return to The Voice next year, Channel Nine revealed.
She’s also been keeping busy with her music and has just released her third fragrance, Destiny.
She released her first self-titled perfume in 2017, followed by another called Dream in 2018.
