The dilapidated terrace home at 141 Womerah Avenue, Darlinghurst in Sydney’s affluent inner east has been listed with hopes of securing $1.75 million.
The four-bedroom home dates back to the 1890s and has not been on the market for over 60 years, The Daily Telegraph reported.

The back fence appears to be caving in and there are piles of old bricks lying in the yard
The four-bedroom home dates back to the 1890s and has not been on the market for over 60 years
It was last sold in 1955 for £3150 ($5321.45 AUD).
The two-level home will go to auction with James Peach at Ray White next Saturday.
Mr Peach said the property had already been seen by about 40 potential buyers.

Aspiring owner Luke Hickel told The Daily telegraph renovating the place would be a challenge.
‘You’d have a lot of fun on this rebuild,’ Mr Hickel said.
