Shoppers are flocking to Kmart to get their hands on a highly-coveted designer dupe that costs between $ $30,000.
Fashion lovers have discovered the retailer’s $2.50 version of Cartier’s iconic diamond-studded ‘Love’ bracelets.
The French luxury conglomerate sells a version with yellow gold and diamonds ($26,900), and white gold and diamonds ($28,800).
Kmart has launched affordable copies for both items that are now present in-stores and online that come in the form of a 2-pack ($5) with a lobster strap chain bracelet.
However, the $2.50 bracelets have a hinge closure whereas the Cartier ones need to be secured to your wrist with a screwdriver.

Another key difference is that the Kmart bracelets have protruding gemstones instead of embedded diamonds.
Kmart uses zinc alloy, brass, iron, plastic and glass to make the bracelets.
Many shoppers claim that the pieces of jewellery look identical from afar, and that they can hardly tell the difference.
‘Cheers to Kmart for the $2.50 Cartier knockoff,’ Emmy, from Victoria, said on social media.
The woman posted a photo of her new purchase along with an image of the original Love bracelets.

Hundreds were wowed by the side-by-side comparisons.
‘No one looking at it would know the [$26,898] difference,’ a man wrote.
‘If you use an even coat or two of a good quality, high shine, clear nail varnish – you’ve got yourself a (semi) keeper!’
But others weren’t on board.
‘I’m sure that would fade colour so quickly,’ a woman noted.
‘This bracelet is so famously faked that Cartier is no longer verifying them and they basically have no value after resale.’

Kmart is well-known for their designer dupes, with the retailer releasing budget dupes of designer perfumes recently.
Shoppers have discovered the retailer’s $12 line of fragrances have scents that are near-identical to high-end perfumes worth $200 from Gucci, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs and Ariana Grande.
Kmart customers have said the affordable dupes smell ‘exactly like’ the designer perfumes and even last just as long.
Each of the budget perfumes are available in a set with a matching body lotion for $16 or as a $6 body mist.
TikToker Shirley, from Sydney, shared her excitement over the beauty buys in an online clip that caused a stir among fragrance fans.
Shoppers have been sent into a frenzy after Kmart released $12 dupes of designer perfumes including Vera Wang Princess and Marc Jacobs Daisy
In the video, Shirley claimed the OXX Fragrance Spring Blush was just like Gucci’s Bloom perfume which costs up to $250.
The Royalty scent is said to be similar to Vera Wang’s Princess perfume while the Kmart Meadow fragrance looks suspiciously like Marc Jacob’s popular $99 Daisy.
Many said the In the Clouds Eau De Parfum smelled exactly the same as Ariana Grande’s ultra-popular Cloud fragrance.
Replying to Shirley’s clip, which racked up more than 761,700 views, a Kmart worker confirmed the fragrances are just as good as the real thing.

‘I work there and honestly the Cloud is the best one, is it exactly like the Ariana Grande cloud and tbh it lasts long,’ they said.
‘The Cloud body mist from Kmart…$6 and smells EXACTLY like the Ariana Grande Cloud perfume!! It is amazing,’ another agreed.
‘The Cloud one lasted longer than the actual Ariana one but it smelt slightly off. It was alright though, pretty close,’ a third replied.
More took to the comments to share their own reviews of the $12 Kmart finds.
While one person said the Meadow scent doesn’t smell as much like Marc Jacobs as she would have thought many reported the Gucci Bloom dupe to be as good as the real thing.
Another shopper Tijana sampled each of the perfumes to see if they stacked up against the designer versions in a TikTok video.
She gave Royalty a six out of 10 saying she could only ‘kind of smell the similarity’ to Vera Wang’s Princess perfume but the scent had ‘soft tones’.
Tijana said Cloud smelled almost just like Ariana’s perfume and it was still sitting on her skin and hour later so she rated it an eight out of 10.
Kmart customer Tijana said the Spring Blush fragrance smelled just like Gucci Bloom and had a strong scent while Cloud lasted on her skin and was almost like Ariana Grande’s version
For Meadow, the Marc Jacobs dupe, she said it was ‘super strong’, ‘floraly’, ‘long lasting’ and ‘smells almost the same’.
She rated the Gucci copy the highest with a nine out of 10 saying: ‘Smells similar to it, strongest out of all. Very very floral’.
Tijana’s reviews prompted viewers to rush to Kmart to get their hands on one of the luxe fragrances.
‘Kmart really coming out with every dupe lol, I’m here for it,’ one woman said.
‘Yay, thank you for reviewing this, I was gonna head into a Kmart today also to see if there are testers,’ a second wrote.
