High Street stores across the UK have taken inspiration from designer catwalks for their autumn collection, with River Island leading the way.
The affordable fashion brand has released chunky black sock boots for £48 that have striking similarities to an £850 design by Chloe, as well as strappy heeled sandals with a likeness to a style by Bottega Veneta.
Online store Studio have also delighted shoppers with their purse-friendly biker boots that are £416 cheaper than a similar design from Balmain.
