Desperate search is launched for missing sisters in Western Australia

An urgent search has been launched for two young sisters who have gone missing in Western Australia.

WA Police is concerned for the safety of Victoria and Paris aged 11 and 13.

The girls were last seen leaving their home in Dianella, 9km from the Perth CBD, at about 8.30am on Monday.

Both girls are described as 153cm tall,  light olive complexion and long dark brown hair.

It is believed the girls are on foot.

A public appeal by police shared online has attracted hundreds of shares within a hour. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 131 444.
