They’re #1! Diddy and son King Combs make history as they reign at the top two different Billboard charts

Diddy and his son Christian Combs have a lot to celebrate and be thankful for this Thanksgiving.

The father-and-son duo made history Tuesday, becoming the first parent and child to reach number one on the Billboard charts with two different songs at the same time.

Diddy, 53, reached the top spot on the Adult R&B Airplay chart Tuesday for his Gotta Move On, featuring Bryson Tiller.

Number one: Diddy and his son, Christian ‘King’ Combs made history Tuesday. Each reached the number one spot on two different Billboard charts

Christian, 24, who goes by King Combs, is celebrating his rise to the top for his Can’t Stop Won’t Stop, featuring Kodak Black, which is enthroned at number one on the US Urban Radio chart.

The Bad Boy Records founder was ecstatic about the news, which was shared in a video on his Instagram stories, exclaiming ‘We went number one baby!’ followed by a more calm and collected ‘you’re only number one if you’re number one on Billboard. Yeah. Take that.’

The proud papa was just as elated for his son, who is celebrating his first number one.
