The property Weinstein and Chilton bought first cost $4.24 million and came with 2.38 acres and a 8,896-square-foot home built in 1909.
It has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
The other property, bought for $4 million, came with 3.33 acres and remains undeveloped.

Weinstein was the sole owner of the properties following his divorce from Chilton in 2004.

He sold it for around $1 million less than he paid for it.
He still owns a New York City townhouse with Chapman and a cottage in Hollywood.
His firm, Weinstein Co., has been trying to stave off bankruptcy since sexual assault and harassment allegations emerged against him last fall.
