And the Austin and Ally actor, 27, has revealed it was the distinctiveness of the clip and the opportunity to step outside his comfort zone that got him to accept the role.
‘I was a fan of Troye’s already and the treatment won me over because of its uniqueness and the fact I had never seen a video like that,’ he told The Daily Telegraph.
The saucy music video sees a shirtless Lynch receive a lap dance from Sivan, who is dressed as a woman, while Ross flexes his six-pack to the camera.
‘I would like to take advantage of some of this attention and make something worthwhile that people can relate too beyond just the sex image thing, that would be ideal.’

One Of Your Girls is currently doing big business on the charts across the world, reaching the top 50 in Australia, the UK, Canada and New Zealand.
Ross added he had so much fun filming the clip that he would love to work with Troye, 28, again.
‘I would like to get to know him a little better, I feel like we could be genuine friends, for sure. He is a wonderful human being.’

His latest album, Something To Give Each Other, was released on October 13, five years after his last album Bloom.
In a recent Instagram post, Troye apologised for making his fans wait so long, writing: ‘I didn’t mean to take 5 years to make this album – Bloom tour happened (lmk if you came), then I started working on it, then c*ckbig19 (COVID-19).
‘Then The Idol, always working on the album in all the moments between… and now here we are. Enough excuses now. Enough saying “soon”, this is for YOU.’
