Soaring numbers of unhappy couples are set to call time on their marriages tomorrow.
Lawyers have dubbed January 8 ‘Divorce Day’ due to the spike in couples splitting after the pressures of the festive period.
Chris Sherwood, of relationship charity Relate, said: ‘Many of the calls we receive in January are from couples who are already at crisis point after existing tensions have come to a head over Christmas.’
