Domino’s driver EATS off a pizza he was delivering

A Domino’s delivery driver has been caught on CCTV eating a customer’s order in an elevator before dropping it off.

The pizza chain has since apologised after security tapes revealed the astonishing behaviour in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. 

In the footage the cheeky employee rushes to take the pizza out of the delivery bag before the lift doors even have chance to close.

He then opens the box and starts helping himself to the toppings from the cheesy dish.

Once he has finally had his fill he swiftly packs the pizza box away again so that his customer is none the wiser.

Fortunately, the incident on January 21, was captured by Eureka Security and Concierge Services.

The employee on shift that night immediately informed the resident about the shocking goings-on.

Domino’s Canada vice-president of marketing, Jeff Kacmarek said ‘We’re embarrassed and completely frustrated. 

‘Our local franchisee has been in touch with the customer. We’re going to make this right. We’ve apologised to them. 

‘We have thousands of hard-working, good drivers working for us every day and providing good service to our customers,’ Mr Kacmarek told CTV News Vancouver.

The college student – who has been apart of the Surrey team since July – has since been fired. 

Domino’s has also alerted authorities about the incident and the video will be handed over in the event of any charges being warranted.
