Donald Trump Jr and wife Vanessa set for next divorce hearing on November 27

Donald Trump Jr and estranged wife Vanessa are set to finalize their divorce next month, officially ending 12 years of marriage.

The First Son and the mother of five of his children will meet in the New York Supreme Court on November 27 for a conference that is expected to officially bring their union to an end, according to court records seen by DailyMail.com.

The pair, who have frequently been spotted on outings with their kids since the split, are expected to have ironed out any financial and custody arrangements before the hearing.

The date was arranged on the same day DailyMail TV aired an exclusive interview with Don Jr. and his new girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle.

The couple’s last appearance in court lasted only a few minutes and took place in July before Justice Michael Katz in New York Supreme Court.

Justice Katz commended both parties on resolving their issues to ‘prioritize their children and shield them from what could have been an invasive litigation process’.

Court records that were previously obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Don Jr responded to his wife’s filing in May, and on May 17 their case was assigned to Judge Michael Katz.

Don Jr. continues to be represented by Blank Rome, while Vanessa has now hired the firm of Hennessey & Bienstock, whose past clients include the Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s late ex-wife Mary Richardson.

The pair were married in 2005 and have five children: Kai, Donald III, Spence, Tristan and Chloe

Vanessa had initially been working with Westchester lawyer David Feureisen when she first filed papers back in March.

The New York Post reported in early May that she chose to file at that time due to a windfall of cash that had come her mother’s way thanks to an investment her late father made in Rao’s Speciality Foods.

Charles Haydon, a celebrity attorney who worked with stars including Marilyn Monroe, had a 30 percent stake in the company which sold products produced by the famed Harlem Italian restaurant.

That stake translated into big bucks last year, when the company sold for a reported $145 million.

Vanessa got new legal representation just a few weeks after that news broke.

It was also revealed at the time that her mother Bonnie Haydon had paid $6.4 million in cash to buy the Fifth Avenue apartment of Roger Ailes’ widow Elizabeth.

In addition to Richardson, Hennessey & Bienstock has also represented MTV founder Tom Freston and Fox Sports executives Cliff Pozner in their divorces.

Don Jr’s firm, Blank Rome, works with a number of high-profile financial institutions and has been representing Frank Darbont in his ongoing battle with AMC over The Walking Dead.

Don Jr and Vanessa have said their split was amiable and  have given no indication to believe otherwise, having shown their support for one another on social media just last week.

The response to Vanessa’s March filing seems to have come just after Mother’s Day from Don Jr, who praised his estranged wife on the holiday with an Instagam post.

‘Happy Mother’s Day to the best mom in the world. Vanessa enjoy your day, you’ve certainly earned it dealing with those 5 munchkins and me. #mothersday#mom #momlife,’ wrote Don Jr.

The latest revelation comes just days after Trump Jr, 40 opened up about his  relationship with former Fox News co-host and ex-prosecutor Kimberly Guilfoyle who he has been dating for five months.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMailTV, the new couple revealed that they have date nights and nicknames and are ready for Americans to know they are serious after five months together.

The outspoken political pair also spoke about the #MeToo movement and the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court saga in the interview, which airs Monday and Tuesday.

He and Guilfoyle have been inseparable since April 25, six weeks after Vanessa Trump filed for an uncontested divorce.

They typically appear at political events with Guilfoyle firing up a Trump-friendly crowd before a local GOP candidate speaks – and then introduces the headliner, Don Jr.

The political twosome, on their way to becoming a new Republican ‘it’ couple, are traveling the country stumping in remote places like Montana and North Dakota where they’ve spent time hunting and fishing together.

Trump Jr. said they marked five months together ‘on a campaign stop in North Carolina.’

‘It was very romantic,’ he chuckled. ‘Worst boyfriend ever.’

Seeing their chemistry up close is a study in public displays of affection – complete with terms of endearment.

‘I think there’s oftentimes, a “Pooh Bear” gets thrown around,’ Trump Jr. said.’This is so embarrassing. My man-cred goes right down.’

Guilfoyle confirmed rumors that she calls him ‘Junior Mint’ and ‘Babe’
