Ms Nibizi and Mr Bayat got engaged in 2021 and married that year, before moving to Brisbane last December to reportedly be closer to Mr Bayat’s family.

Best friend, Asfaty Shindano, said the mother-of-four had just secured a new job the day before her death, the Courier Mail reported.

She said she had been with Ms Nibizi on Tuesday before her husband called and said he wanted to speak to her.

‘I was sleeping over and her husband called her saying that he wanted to meet her … he wanted to talk with her,’ Ms Shindano told the publication.

‘We were worried when she wasn’t picking up our phone calls.’

A man dressed in a blue forensic suit was led away from the property by detectives after the discovery of the bodies while a second man was driven away from the scene.

Neither of the men, who lived at the home, are believed to have been in the house at the time of the incident and are not considered suspects but are helping police with their enquiries.
