Rapper Dr Dre has put his lavish and sprawling California mansion on the market for no less than $5.25 million.
The secluded property is hidden below L.A.’s Woodland Hills and has long been owned by the tycoon and record producer.
Dr. Dre, 54, bought the home in 1999 for $2.35 million according to property records.
The super-size mansion takes up half an acre in a guard-gated community and has unique features including its own plush cinema-style screening room, as well as two kitchens and a a 150-gallon fish tank.
Guests won’t be left sleeping on the sofa because the property has eight bedrooms and an attached guesthouse.
