A ‘drunk’ driver was captured in a Snapchat video steering with his foot just moments before crashing in California.
The unidentified driver had three other passengers in his car Monday night as he ‘sped’ through Santa Clarita.
Shaiela Phillips told CBS Los Angeles that two of those passengers were her 21-year-old daughter, Mercedes Caston, and 20-year-old son Ricky Caston.

Phillips’ children survived, but she didn’t release any information on their conditions.
The conditions of the other three people, including the driver, have not been released.
However, one of person is reportedly in critical condition.
Phillips said she ‘was really mad’ that her children even got into the car with the driver, who her daughters says was intoxicated.
‘I was mad at him being irresponsible with other people’s lives — especially with not one, but two of my children,’ Phillips said.
Phillips said her daughter told her the driver was drinking before colliding with another car.
According to Phillips, her daughter recorded the video 15 minutes before the crash.

No arrests have been made in the incident. Police said they are still waiting on the toxicology report
‘Casually just driving with your foot,’ a woman is heard saying during the Snapchat video.
Phillips said that her daughter told her that ‘they were driving at an excessive speed and she had asked the driver to slow down numerous amount of times and to also trade places with another person in the vehicle who was I guess more sober than they were’.
No arrests have been made in the incident. Police said they are still waiting on the toxicology report.
