Drunk Emily Atack and Ruby Wax dance on the bar in boozy night out as they reenact Coyote Ugly

Emily Atack and Ruby Wax were left slurring their words as they danced on a bar during a boozy night out on Thursday, where they reenacted a Coyote Ugly scene and Mel B joked she was the ‘first black in the village.’ 

The trio, who have been travelling across the US for BBC Two’s Trailblazers, overindulged on ‘pickled whiskey pickle juice’ as they arrived in Aspen, Utah. 

The Inbetweeners star, 32, and the comedian, 69, donned cowboys hats and sunglasses as they gyrated amongst smoke machines in front of local pub goers. 

A sober Mel B, 46, admitted that her co-stars were ’embarrassing her on a school night’ as she took to Instagram to give a behind-the-scenes glimpse of their antics. 

In another video shared to Ruby’s Story, the television personality confessed: ‘So we’ve had a few drinks… she’s [Emily] got off with somebody, Mel doesn’t like it. 

‘We’ve been drinking whiskey and having whiskey juice…’

Mel looked tired of her pals escapades as she said: ‘You two have had a few drinks, I’ve not had any, I’m trying to stay sane because we are going to die.’ 

Continuing with her commentary Ruby added: ‘And Mel is very excited because she’ll be…’

As Mel chimed in: ‘The first black [person] in the village.’

The upcoming series sees the three generations of celebrities come together to re-trace the footsteps of Isabella Bird, a female traveller from the 19th century. 

After visiting Kemo Sabe apparel store, a favourite of celebs like Coyote Ugly’s Leanne Rimes, they had some fun in between shoots at the western themed bar.

Mel then showed off her custom made cowboy boots which bore the rather fitting words: ‘It seemed like a good idea at the time.’

Filming for the show began last week, with the trio keeping fans up to date on their travels via their respective Instagram accounts.

With the locals: After visiting Kemo Sabe apparel store, a favourite of celebs like Coyote Ugly’s Leanne Rimes, they had some fun in between shoots at the western themed bar

Emily admitted that ‘p***ing off the locals’ is becoming her new ‘favourite pastime’ in one of the videos but didn’t say what she had been doing.

The women even tried their hands at horseriding during the filming – with Mel B jesting she ‘nearly died’ during the attempt.

All three appeared on horseback in appropriate equestrian attire as they trotted through the Centennial states stunning sights.
