Dua Lipa adds more dates to Australia tour due to popular demand as fans slam ‘disgusting’ Live Nation dynamic pricing

Dua Lipa added more dates to the Australian leg of her 2025 Radical Optimism World Tour on Thursday due to popular demand, but fans still aren’t happy.

As the popstar, 29, announces seven dates Down Under in total, compared to her original two, fans have shared their outrage over the ticket costs.

With the Grammy Award winner kicking off her tour in Melbourne, before moving on to Sydney, some have slammed Live Nation for their ‘disgusting’ dynamic prices.

Dua will now kick off her tour in Melbourne on March 19 at the Rod Laver Arena, where she will continue to perform on the 20th, 22nd and 23rd.

She will then jet off to Sydney to perform at the Qudos Bank Arena on March 26. 28 and 29.

They are the only Australian dates included in her massive world tour as she then leaves to perform in New Zealand on April 2 before flying across the globe.

As more dates open up, eager fans have rushed to online ticketing sites to nab a coveted seat at one of her concerts, only to be left stunned by the shock prices.

One person shared a screenshot to X which showed their tickets costing $349.90, writing: ‘Nawt Dua Lipa/Ticketek turning on premium pricing for her Aus shows [sic].’

‘Why are Dua’s ticket prices so disgusting like why the fuck is it $460 EACH? That’s disgusting,’ another commented.

Dynamic pricing has long attracted the ire of concertgoers as ticketing platforms across the world continue to roll out the system on their websites.

The strategy sees tickets sellers adjust the cost of tickets based on demand rather than setting a fixed price, leading to exorbitant ticket prices.
