It has been claimed that Dua made the application with the law firm which handled Princess Diana’s divorce, Mischon de Reya.

Gardening equipment, household items, toys, games, electrical goods, books, soft furnishings and furniture have also been trademarked, according to legal papers uncovered by the Sunday Mirror.

Thought to have named the brand after her birth year, 1995, the move will see her follow in the footsteps of Gwyneth Paltrow, Kourtney Kardashian and Jessica Alba.

She told Vogue: ‘All my friends and family, wherever they travel in the world – even if they’re just there for one night – they’ll text me to ask what they should do.
