Dua Lipa gets into the Wimbledon spirit as she poses with a racket and pink balls

She’s currently in Los Angeles, and so unable to attend the Championships at the All England Club. 

But, Dua Lipa got into the Wimbledon spirit in a pink tank top and matching tennis skirt as she posed with a racket and balls, as well as a bottle of evian water, for her latest social media post, on Monday.

The One Kiss hitmaker, 25, showed off her slim frame in the baby pink ensemble, which boasted a diamante butterfly and coordinating accents.

Dua slipped into box fresh trainers and pulled her ribbed socks up high, while accessorising with a chain necklace, bracelet and chunky rings.

The New Rules singer used a pearl-adorned clip to keep her raven tresses to the side, and enhanced her full pout with a dark red lipstick. 

She captioned her post: ‘sad 2 miss Wimbledon this year but i’ve been getting in the spirit with @evianwater’ drawing attention to the bottle in her snaps. 

Dua is a global evian ambassador and held a special Wimbledon watch party, where she modelled her tennis-inspired outfit to celebrate the return of the tournament.

When Wimbledon was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19, evian invited the British public to nominate key workers for the chance to attend this year’s tournament. 

And Dua appeared at Wimbledon virtually to surprise those key workers who attended the evian VIP suite, on Monday afternoon.

Commenting on Wimbledon, Dua Lipa said: ‘So sad I’m not at Wimbledon this this year – it’s so wonderful to see evian committing to an annual community ticket pledge to thank different groups with a dedicated day at Wimbledon each year.

‘I hope everyone has a fabulous time there watching all the amazing tennis and enjoying some strawberries and cream. Have a great Wimbledon!’  

Dua’s parents, Dukagjin and Anesa Lipa, also attended Wimbledon today, and they watched on proudly as she shared her heartfelt message via video link.

evian has announced that it is committed to honouring a different group of ‘unsung heroes’ community each year going forward, through a dedicated day at its VIP suite.

It has been revealed that Youth Champions will be the next group to be celebrated during Wimbledon 2022, with evian calling on the nation to submit nominations via its Instagram account @evianwater. 

Meanwhile, Dua is in a relationship with Anwar Hadid, 22, and is currently with him in Los Angeles. 

Dua and the younger brother of model sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid began dating in June 2019, and have given fans a glimpse of their romance on social media ever since. 

The pop star also spent part of 2020 isolating on Anwar’s family farm in Pennsylvania amid the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Early on in the pandemic, he spent time in home country as they enjoyed a peaceful quarantine during the UK’s first lockdown.

‘We got lucky,’ she explained. ‘Lots of being out in the garden, reading a book, and just chilling and listening to music.’
