Duchess of Cambridge displays a hint of a baby bump

The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge was left in fits of laughter after being charmed by a life-size Paddington bear on Monday morning.

Kate, who displayed her pregnancy glow and a shorter, glossier new hairstyle as she joined her husband and Prince Harry at Paddington train station, was treated to a kiss on the hand from the furry bear.

The 35-year-old, who is expecting her third child with Prince William, displayed a hint of a baby bump in a peach floral Orla Kiely dress as she arrived at Paddington Station to meet the cast and crew from the forthcoming film Paddington 2.

Kate, who offset her look with a black clutch and stilettos, showcased a shorter glossy brunette hairstyle for the occasion.

During the visit, the Duchess looked relaxed and wore an outfit by one of her new favourite designers, Orla Kiely, whom she has turned to on a number of occasions recently.

Kate is suffering from a severe form of morning sickness but was well enough to attend today, with a Kensington Palace spokeswoman saying that the Duchess is ‘better, but she’s still suffering’.

The event is being hosted by STUDIOCANAL, with support from BAFTA through its BAFTA Kids programme, and before embarking on the train journey,  the royal trio met the cast and crew from the forthcoming film.

The youngsters taking part have been selected by members of the Duke, Duchess and Prince’s Charities Forum – with many going through difficult times in their lives.

More than 30 organisations are involved in the Forum – charities William, Kate and Harry support as patrons and other organisations they work with closely.

Today was the Duchess of Cambridge’s second appearance since announcing she is expecting.

Last week, she revealed a tiny baby bump as she made her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy last month.

The 35-year-old royal, who has not been seen in public since August 30, joined Prince William, 35, and Prince Harry, 33, to host a glittering Buckingham Palace reception to mark World Mental Health Day.

She looked radiant in a £795 powder blue lace dress by Temperley London which skimmed over her bump.

Kate has taken six weeks off royal duties after being struck down with the same severe strand of morning sickness that she suffered while pregnant with Prince George, four, and Princess Charlotte, two. It forced Kensington Palace to announce her pregnancy far earlier than planned.
